While I wish I could take credit for this incredible cake design, the bride is the brains behind this one - I can only take credit for bringing it to life!

This moody, elegant wedding cake was especially designed for a wedding this past weekend held at Bradford Farm and Venue in Town Creek, Alabama.

It features a semi naked base, a custom colored, abstract middle tier, and a semi naked top tier.

Each tier was speckled with gold leaf to make this cake really pop.

Anna Lea chose an almond wedding cake with almond buttercream - my all-time favorite combination, while her groom chose another fan-favorite - the Cookies and Cream cake.

To tie it all together, we have roses, peonies, and dried florals in the most beautiful colors.
