Before becoming a mother and baker/decorator, I graduated from Auburn University with my degree in Human Resources Management and spent most of my professional career in the food and beverage industry. My experiences in the business field have given me an advantage in the kitchen, too.
I specialize in bringing buttercream dreams to life. Whether it's a birthday cake, wedding cake, or a "just because" cake (my favorite), I use the highest quality ingredients and give every cake its deserved time and attention to detail.
I am not opposed to using alternative methods to decorating cakes (fondant, wafer paper, etc.), but I first try to recreate cake decorations with buttercream before reaching for those alternative methods.
My niche is speciality cakes that make an impact with every bite, so currently I don't accept any orders for other bakery items such as cookies, macarons, or pies.
