Ordering Your Wedding Cake
Congratulations on Your Engagement!
Once you have chosen your wedding date please get in touch with me via the wedding cake contact form to check for availability. To give each cake the attention it deserves, I work on a limited number of wedding cake orders per year. It is recommended that you reserve your date as soon as possible. A $300 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
Initial Quotation
From the details provided, you will receive an initial quote based on your cake size and potential decoration as well as the delivery cost. The cake price will be determined once the design has been finalized. Please note that each cake begins at $5.00 per serving and increases with additional flavors, details, design elements, etc.
Wedding Cake Tasting Experience
On payment of your wedding cake booking fee, we will organize your luxury wedding cake-tasting experience. This is a carefully curated selection of 5 wedding cake flavors, exquisitely packaged and available for pickup for you to sample at your leisure.
Bespoke Wedding Cake Design Process
We will communicate via email and phone as you choose elements of your wedding day, using these as inspiration for your wedding cake. All details such as the surroundings of your venue, your color schemes, floral choices, and room decor are considered in the design of your cake. Browse my portfolio for some inspiration.
Finalizing Your Wedding Cake Order
Once we have confirmed your cake design details, you will be provided with a final invoice. When you are happy to proceed we will complete your order form and send you a copy along with terms and conditions. You will also receive a detailed invoice reflecting the total cost minus any booking fee paid. The balance of your order is due 28 days prior to your wedding day.
The Big Day - You’re In Good Hands!
Due to the delicate nature of our wedding cakes, many couples choose a full delivery and set-up service at their venue. We will liaise with your wedding venue and/or coordinator directly to arrange a seamless delivery. Some cakes may also be suitable for collection.
