Ingredients

 All of my cakes are baked to order using the highest quality ingredients.  I only use Class A, real sweet cream butter, premium flours, pure cane sugars, high-quality jams and curds, 100% dark chocolate,  100% pure extracts and emulsions, and premium quality Madagascan vanilla.

Once my cakes are baked, each layer is infused with homemade syrup to enrich the flavor of the cake and keep the cake moist.  The layers are then filled with a silky smooth American buttercream and high-quality filling before being coated with a luxurious buttercream for a smooth finish.

For couples wishing to order a flavor combination not listed above, I offer bespoke flavor design. Create something unique, seasonal, or nostalgic for your big day.

The possibilities are endless, but take some inspiration from these previous combinations:
