Operation Take II

Next up in the series “Operation Take II” is this beautiful, fall-inspired Apple Pecan Cheesecake Cake… what a mouth full, right?

It features some of my most favorite fall flavors:

  • Apple cider cake layers baked on a pecan cookie crust

  • Salted caramel

  • Apple pie filling

  • Biscoff buttercream

Changes from the First Take

The first version of this cake featured strictly a pecan crust made from toasted pecans, but this version incorporates Biscoff cookies as well as pecans for the crust.

I also upped the apple cider flavoring the cake layers which provided more moisture as well as more apple flavor.


It’s officially fall and this cake is the perfect way of celebrating the upcoming cooler months!
