Lambeth Love

When it comes to wedding cakes, few styles embody elegance and sophistication quite like the Lambeth method. Originating in the late 1930s, this intricate piping technique has stood the test of time, continuing to captivate couples with its regal charm.

The Lambeth method is characterized by its intricate layers of over-piping, often done with royal icing to create dimensional, lace-like designs. It’s a labor-intensive process that requires both skill and patience, making each creation a true work of art. The result is a cake that looks almost too perfect to eat—but too delicious to resist.

This cake was completed with salted caramel cake layers and salted caramel buttercream.

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs.!
