This Blueberry Pretzel cake is the perfect companion to my favorite household luxury this time of year: air conditioning.

We start off with some pretzel cake layers (yep, pretzels are in the cake layers!). Add some:

• Fresh blueberry compote

• White chocolate pretzel crunch

• Blueberry buttercream
