Stumped

Kasey reached out to me to make a groom’s cake and passed along an image of a cake with an antler on top as inspiration. It was the perfect opportunity to bust out my chocolatier skills.

This two-tiered cake is my Oreo Fudge Cheesecake Cake covered in fudge buttercream, decorated in shards of dark chocolate, and hand-painted with food gel for some added depth and texture.

On top, Kasey said her groom had his very own antler to provide to me, and he did just that.

This cake was so fun and made me use my imagination in ways I hadn’t in a while - something I need to do more often.

This cake accompanied a cinnamon roll tower (!!!) that took the place of a traditional wedding cake at Bradford Farm and Venue in Town Creek, Alabama on December 3rd.

Enjoy and congratulations the new Mr. And Mrs. Brewer!
