Reindeer Lane

It’s Christmas time in my neck of the woods. I know, I know, it’s just November, but I couldn’t help myself! Christmas time is the happiest time of the year!

I recently completed and submitted this cake for publication. I’m unsure of the results yet, but fingers crossed!

Reindeer Lane is a four-tier cake adorned with all things red and green. The bottom tier is based on a classic Christmas scene with a custom fondant door, snow-covered trees, and windows.

The second tier is a toy drum with fondant accents and edible ribbon.

The top two tiers - although small - bring some much needed contrast to the cake with red stripes and gold sprinkles.

The middle of the cake is supported by an anti-gravity stand from PropOptions.

Of course I hope this cake gets chosen for publication, but if not, I’ll happily stash the photos away to cherish!
