Two Tier Boho Glam Celebration

One of my wedding client’s sisters reached out to me to make a cake fit for a milestone celebration, so of course I said yes!

This two-tiered boho-inspired cake is a double-barrel white almond cake topped with a double-barrel red velvet cake covered in cream cheese and vanilla buttercream.

We wanted a pink color scheme with gold leaf sprinkled throughout for a hint of glam. The dried florals add an element of earthiness and I love the finished product.

I’m sure other decorators will agree that sometimes the simplest cakes can be the most fun to make. I’m so glad I was able to make this milestone birthday celebration a bit sweeter with a beautiful cake!
