Tangy Strawberry Cheesecake Cake

Just because Fall is here doesn’t mean we can completely forget strawberries!

I recently had a slice of strawberry cheesecake to celebrate my wedding anniversary and the first thing that came to mind was “why in the world have I not made this into a cake yet?!”.

The Elements

• Strawberry cake made with fresh strawberry purée and freeze dried strawberries

• Fresh strawberry compote

• Toasted graham cracker crumble

• Cream cheese buttercream

This cake definitely makes saying “hello” to Fall even sweeter.
